Fashionable Ganni Opens in Modish Williamsburg

Copenhagen-based fashion brand Ganni has opened a store in Williamsburg, the hipster haven in Brooklyn, NYC.

As might be expected (and entirely in keeping with its location), this is a Scandi spare affair with a 900 sq ft interior and it joins the store across the East River in SoHo, which opened in 2019. Alongside the warm plainness of this store design, the major feature is a mural created by Brooklyn-based Columbian artist Didi Rojas. There are also pictures of the Danish capital dotted around the walls.

Note should also be made of the fact that like other Ganni stores, this branch uses a raft of recycled materials , ranging from recycled glass for tableware to vintage furniture. There is also a garden at the back of the store, affording those who make it that far views of post-industrial Brooklyn. The modish crowd in these parts will probably like this one.
